Dale Bondanza, MBA

Mr. Bondanza is a Senior Program Manager with over 15 years of Information Technology, and Business Solutions experience in a broad range of industries with major emphasis in Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, Financial, and Insurance.  Mr. Bondanza has participated in every aspect of the Software Development Life Cycle and has been in the capacity of Project or Program Manager with multiple levels of the Capability Maturity Model®, as well as the Project Management Maturity Model®. 

Mr. Bondanza has managed a $1.7M scanning and OCR project for Wyeth Pharmaceuticals within their Customer Service organization and a $1.5M Fortune12 telecommunications company (Verizon) on a collaborative, human resources benefits application utilizing document management principles and Microsoft SharePoint Portal Server 2003.

Mr. Bondanza has held the positions of Manager, Project Management and Systems Development at Brokerage Concepts, Inc, a leading employee benefits consulting and administration firm in the Philadelphia suburbs and Senior Manager, Information Systems Finance at Aventis Pharmaceuticals in Collegeville, PA.

Mr. Bondanza received a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Rochester Institute of Technology and an MBA with a concentration in MIS/E-Business from Saint Joseph’s University, graduating Summa Cum Laude.

Mr. Bondanza is a member of the Project Management Institute.  Dale’s other interests include being an active volunteer firefighter and President of Collegeville Fire Company.
