Gold Lion Associates manages software development projects at the intersection of the SDLC and the PMBOK.  Software projects often fail because too much attention is paid to one discipline over another.  Project Managers with technical and/or functional background may understand the SDLC, but not have the necessary knowledge and training in project management.  The opposite might be true with Project Mangers who do not have a technical background.

Gold Lion Associates has the necessary training and experience in both disciplines to manage your software project to successful conclusion.  We start right up front with the User Requirements and create a Software Requirements Specification for the SDLC and use the same information to develop a meaningful and realistic Scope Statement.  After completing the Project Charter and Project Plan, we then monitor the progress of the project and report project status to sponsors and stakeholders throughout Project Design and Development.  When the project has been completed and closed, we insure that the proper contractual obligations have been met and all project documentation is gathered and filed for future lessons learned.
