Executive Biography

Howard D. Jasper MBA, PMP
President

Mr. Jasper was the founder of Gold Lion Associates, Inc. in 1999, where as a Project Manager/Business Analyst, he managed software implementations at GMAC Commercial Mortgage, Merck Pharmaceutical, SmithKline Beecham, GPU and Verizon. 

Mr. Jasper is a certified senior project manager and functional specialist who bring significant leadership skills, a broad business background, entrepreneurial experience, and a history of innovative and creative approaches to solving a broad range of business problems. He has more than twenty five years of experience relating to complete life-cycle development of information systems in a wide variety of industries including: pharmaceuticals, service, manufacturing and utilities.  He is a Certified Document Imaging Architect (CDIA), an accreditation recognized by the Association for Information & Image Management and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute.

Mr. Jasper received a Bachelor of Science (BS) and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Finance from LaSalle University and a Masters Certificate in Project Management from Villanova University.   

Mr. Jasper is a member of the Project Management Institute, Marine Corp League and The Union League of Philadelphia.
